At PURESIP, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering fresh products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items. Returns are only eligible if the product delivered is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled at the time of delivery. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order along with clear photographic evidence.


2. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only after verification of the reported issue. If the product is found to be damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered, a refund or replacement may be approved at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for taste preferences or delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.


3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are prepared or dispatched. Once the order has entered the preparation or delivery stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible.
